Ingredients
1/4 cup kale
1/4 cup spinach
1/4 cup dandelion leaves
1/4 cup arugula
1/4 cup parsley
big slice of fennel
small handful cranberries
small handful pine nuts
small handful sundried tomatoes
small handful goji berries
Method
Cut the greens up a bit and place in a food processor, pulse just for a few second, along with the fennel. Place in a bowl and set aside.
Pulse the sun dried tomatoes a little and add to the greens.
Add the pine nuts, cranberries and goji to the mixture and toss.
