In these up-coming small classes of fermentation workshops you will learn how to make your own tasty krauts, flavorful kimchi to water kifer, fermented vegetables and the super drink everyone is talking about Kombutcha.

You will be learning with a hands-on approach to a modern twist on an ancient tradition empowering you with a skill to change your life!

Fermented foods are rich in probiotics to improve digestion, promoting regular bowel movements, reduce inflammation, benefit your immune system & mental health, producing antioxidants, normalizing skin conditions, reducing cholesterol, maintaining bone health and managing blood sugar levels.

The larger the variety of fermented foods we can take in, we boost the number and variety of bacteria living in our guts and improve overall health in results.
